Distance learning isn't easy. You have to:
- organize your time and workspace each day
- understand the projects, the missions
- make progress on your deliverables between mentoring sessions while working on the courses
All of this can quickly become destabilizing and difficult to implement. That's why, at OpenClassrooms, each student is accompanied by a Student Success Manager (also called pedagogical advisor). This is your privileged contact during your entire training.

Their role
Your Student Success Manager accompanies you throughout your course to help you complete your training in the best possible conditions. They make sure that you are in a good learning dynamic, and encourage you to validate all your projects.
If you encounter any difficulties, you can contact your pedagogical advisor so that you can identify all the blocking points and find solutions to be put in place to continue your training efficiently together.
How can I contact them?
You can always contact your academic advisor via our contact form.
You can also reply to one of their emails, or make a phone appointment with them via the calendly link they send you at the beginning of your training.
