- Our emails are being filtered by your mailbox:
Sometimes our emails are considered as spam and that may be why you have the impression that we are not responding, your inbox does not show them. Please check your spam folder to see if any emails from info-admission@openclassrooms.com (you can use the search function of your email inbox) are there and if so, please move them out of there!
- We have not received your application:
Make sure you have completed your application - you will receive an email to indicate that we have received it. If any documents are missing and you need to attach a diploma(for example), we invite you to resume and complete your application so that we can get back to you.
If you have applied on a website other than OpenClassrooms, we invite you to apply on our site specifying the situation, as it is compulsory to apply via our site to get a response: Start my application
