Once your training is complete and your projects are validated, you will be registered for the next available jury session on that Path.
The Jury is a group of people who review your project deliverables and decide whether you have passed your Path. The Jury is made up of members from the OpenClassrooms Education team, Student Success, Industry Professionals, and Education Partners.
When you have completed and passed all the Projects on your Path, your portfolio will be put forward to the Jury to review. The job of the jury members is to ensure the high quality of your work while checking that you have mastered the skills associated with your diploma.
In preparation for your Jury, the Student Success Team will check your project deliverables to ensure that they are available and accessible. If there are any files missing, we will contact you or your mentor to request the files. It’s worth noting that your presence is not required for the Jury.
The Jury for your Path meets periodically. Between the validation of your last project and the Jury session, there may be a waiting time of between 4-6 weeks. (for some Paths it may be longer). After the jury, you will have to wait 5 days to receive the final result. You will then be sent your Diploma via the post within 6 weeks. If you need your Diploma urgently, please contact our Student Success Team to ask them for a certificate of achievement.
If you don’t pass the Jury, don’t worry! We will provide you with feedback on what areas may need reworked and your revised project deliverable(s) will be reviewed again at the next Jury session.
As soon as your final project has been validated, our system automatically detects your status and ends your subscription so that you are no longer charged your monthly fee while you are waiting for your Jury session. Your presence is not required, and we will reach out as needed.
Whilst you are awaiting the Jury, you can move directly to the next stage: automatic enrollment in our Land Your Dream Job Path and working with our Career Coaches to determine the right job for you.
