One of the primary reasons why we offer a mentorship program is to allow you to have a guide to the industry related to your Path. This can help you adopt new skills, solve problems in your projects, and prepare for a new career.
If you are stuck between mentor sessions, you can reach out to your mentor for small, easy questions via email or over our online platform Workplace. Larger questions that require discussion are better suited to the session itself. However, you always have access to our online community where you can talk with other students, mentors, alumni, career coaches, and OpenClassrooms employees.
In addition, keep an eye out for our frequent MasterClass webinars, where mentors and other members of our community walk students through professional challenges, projects, resources, and more. They often set aside Q&A periods for just these reasons!
Finally, be sure to take advantage of the external resources that you can find through our Resources Library in Workplace, through shares from other students, or from your mentor during sessions. These can become a lifeline of assistance if you get stuck between mentor sessions.
