If you need to update your payment method, you can do it from your OpenClassrooms account. However, please note that we only accept payment via Credit Card or Paypal.
To update your payment details, follow these steps:
- Sign in
- Click on your profile picture to open the drop down menu
- Click on “My account” to get to the page summarizing your personal information
- Then click on the “Premium” tab. You will arrive on a page allowing you to download your receipts and see the details of your subscription. Note that this page can also be accessed through this link
- You can edit your payment method on this page
- Click on “update” to save the changes. The next payment will be done using your new payment method
Note: if the renewal of your subscription fails, your Premium subscription will remain active for 10 days. So you can update your payment method during this time without interrupting your subscription.
